TR↔EN, TR→AR/RU/DE and any other target language
The institution's terminology glossary on every translation
Numbers, doses and units checked; doubtful segments flagged
Digital PDFs direct; scanned PDFs via OCR
Arabic output set right-to-left
Up to 20 MB and 30 pages. The source language is detected; you choose the target language and, if you like, the institution glossary.
The position, font size and colour of every text span are read. Scanned pages go through OCR in the same flow.
The draft is corrected against the glossary. Numbers, measurements, dates and doses are compared with the source one by one; any mismatch is flagged.
The translation is written into the source text box. Source and translation are reviewed side by side, page by page, and the PDF is downloaded.

Translation
Acceptance criterion: at least 95% of translated segments fit the source box and the font size stays at or above 70% of the source; table cell and page counts are unchanged.
The uploaded PDF is kept as is. A manual correction creates a new translation version.
Jobs and files of another institution cannot be reached. Download links are signed and valid for at most 5 minutes.
Text goes to language providers only at processing time; it is not stored there or used for model training. Documents are stored in the EU (Germany).
The output is machine translation and a decision-support draft. A qualified healthcare professional reviews it before clinical use.
