The documents that describe in which role and under which conditions Memoris Clinical processes personal data. For clinical content your institution is the controller; Memoris is the processor.
Last updated: 5 November 2026
Memoris Clinical provides medical document translation, radiology dictation and consultation note drafting to healthcare institutions. The documents linked from this page explain in which role, for which purposes and under which safeguards personal data is processed. Each document carries its own "last updated" date.
Documents uploaded to the service, audio recordings and the outputs produced from them are clinical content. For that content the healthcare institution using the service is the data controller, and Memoris is a processor acting only on the institution's instructions. For user accounts, security logs, usage metrics and website visits, Memoris is the controller in its own right. The documents are organized along this line.
The Privacy Policy covers data Memoris processes for itself. The Data Processing Statement covers clinical content processed on behalf of institutions, the sub-processors involved and the security measures in place. The Terms of Use set the rules for using the service. The User Information Notice is the KVKK notice for portal account holders. The Cookie Notice lists the strictly necessary cookies used on the site and in the portal.
Requests about your personal data can be sent to privacy@memorisclinical.com. If you are a patient or a member of staff of a healthcare institution and your request concerns clinical content that institution uploaded, we recommend contacting the institution first; such requests received by Memoris are forwarded to the institution concerned.
Changes to these documents are published on this page. Significant changes that affect institutions, such as a change to the sub-processor list, are also sent by email to institution administrators.
